The Horseshoe Inn, near Peebles, is a Restaurant with Rooms with a high emphasis on food; our Restaurant is where our Chefs get to express themselves and showcase their talents.
The Menu is classical French cuisine but with an abundance of quality products on the doorstep, you are sure to find a touch of Scotland when you look through the menu.
Canapés are served in the lounge while you look over the menus and if everything on the a la Carte sounds good, why not try a taste of several dishes with our very popular Tasting Menu? We have even hand selected a glass of wine for each course to perfectly complement the dish. With Coffee and homemade Petit Fours to finish, The Horseshoe’s Restaurant doesn’t just offer a meal out, it is a memorable dining experience.
Our hard work and commitment to quality and standards has seen The Horseshoe receive a number of prestigious awards and accolades. In 2007, we became, and still are, the only 3 AA Rosette establishment in the Scottish Borders and more recently, in 2009 we were the proud recipient of an EatScotland Gold Award.
In 2007, the AA named The Horseshoe Inn Restaurant of the Year for Scotland 2007-08; the list of past winners includes some fabulous restaurants and to be named in such great company is our greatest achievement to date.
