November is now upon us and we're now getting ready for the Festive Period.
For the first time since 2005, we will be opening our doors on Christmas Day, for a Special
Christmas Day Lunch at noon. Our Menu includes 3 courses, a welcome drink on arrival and a glass of House Wine (or Soft Drink) with your Main Course - a warm festive welcome awaits all that join us.
The Scots certainly know how to celebrate New Year, The Horseshoe Inn's
Gala Hogmanay Dinner promises to be a great evening. Arrive at 7pm for a welcome drink and Canapes, the first of a 9 course feast created by Executive Head Chef Tony Borthwick, Chef Patron at Leith's
Plumed Horse. We have a matching Wine Option for those who wish, and our normal Wine Menu is available for those wishing to choose their own tipple for the evening.
Classic Nights to Remember once again provide the entertainment with regular DJ Drew choosing songs
from Sinatra, through to more recent classics; traditional Scottish tracks will be played before and after the Midnight Bells.
There are also some great overnight packages available with a leisurely Brunch on January 1st; contact Reception for full details.
Throughout the month of December, our Blackboard will regularly offer traditional Christmas classics.
If you're looking for a venue for a Works Party or a small gathering of friends and family, contact Sumith and he will be able to customise a Menu around your taste and budget.
