We are open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday.
For dinner we offer a short a la carte at £50 or a surprise tasting menu of seven courses for £60 or ten courses for £75. There are flights of specially chosen wines to accompany the tasting menu at £40 and £50 respectively or you can choose from our wine list, which has around three hundred wines.
Dinner is served from 7pm. Last orders are 9pm and 9.30pm on a Saturday. If you would like the tasting menu we ask you to arrive no later than 8pm and you should allow two or three hours for dinner.
For lunch we offer a far more informal menu with homemade burgers and simpler dishes side by side with some classics from the dinner menu but all individually priced, so you can enjoy a light lunch or a three course lunch - your choice.
On a Sunday we offer lunch at £25 for three courses. We always have roast beef on a Sunday.
We have our own organic kitchen garden and we place great emphasis on the Scottish provenance of our raw ingredients. Our menus change daily. Our wine list has several hundred wines, many organic and bio-dynamic.
Private Dining - we have a room that seats 8 to 12 people.
