The Horseshoe Inn’s growing reputation is built around the quality of the food served in both Bardoulet’s Restaurant and the Bistro. Chef Director, Patrick Bardoulet together with his skilled Kitchen Team use fresh ingredients to create culinary masterpieces that will have you coming back time and time again.
Patrick draws on his native homeland to prepare a menu that is classical French cuisine at its very best. The food on the regularly changing menu is produced using the highest quality local produce.
All recipes are authentic and whilst the colour of the dish is important, it is the flavour that will live in the memory.
Bardoulet’s Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday each week serving a Table D’Hôte fixed-price menu on a lunchtime and an A La Carte menu in the evening. Reservations in advance are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
The Bistro food is as exciting as that offered in Bardoulet’s Restaurant but within a more relaxed environment. All of the food is made to the same high quality, with each dish individually priced. Here in the Bistro, you can have anything from a simple bowl of soup to a fabulous 3 course meal.
A fixed-price menu is served for Sunday lunch consisting of traditional family fare; the menu is chosen especially each week to ensure variety.
